Terms of service
Plain-language launch terms for the WhoTows marketplace.
Marketplace role
WhoTows provides discovery, request, matching, offer, and status tools. Providers are independent businesses responsible for service, licensing, insurance, equipment, pricing, and conduct.
Emergency limitation
The service is not a 911 replacement, safety authority, insurer, or guarantee of arrival. Call emergency services first when needed.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide accurate vehicle, location, destination, and incident information and review the selected offer.
Provider responsibility
Providers must keep coverage, price signals, licensing, insurance, and availability accurate and accept only work they can safely perform.
Fair use
Fraud, harassment, unsafe conduct, scraping, unauthorized access, and manipulation of reviews or marketplace signals are prohibited.
Launch status
Features, coverage, and commercial terms may change during pilot launch. Applicable checkout and provider agreements control paid enrollment.
